Return and Refund Policy

To ensure transparent and efficient after-sales service, please carefully review the following terms:

Time Requirement: Returns accepted within 30 natural days from delivery date (based on logistics records)
Product Condition:
- Unused, free of damage or functional defects
- Original labels and accessories intact
- Original packaging with protective materials preserved
- Valid proof of purchase (Order No./e-invoice)
Exclusions:
- Customized products (engraving/special configurations)
- Promotional items (clearance/flash sales)
- Software-activated products (registered serial numbers)
- Consumables (stickers/cushions etc.)

Submission:

- Subject: [Return Request] Order No.XXXXX
- Attach product photos & description (if applicable)
Confirmation:
- Return authorization code issued via email within 3-5 business days
Shipment:
- Use original packaging with all accessories and return slip
- Free pickup service or self-shipment to warehouse (COD not accepted)
- Retain shipping proof until refund completion

Amount: Paid amount × (100% - 2% restocking fee)
Processing Time: 10 business days after approval
Disputes:
- Request review with payment proof for fee disputes
- Rejected returns will be photographed and reshipped

Coverage:
- 12-month warranty (6 months for batteries)
- Non-human-caused hardware defects
Service:
- Free parts replacement and labor costs within 1 year
- Free labor costs within 3 years
- Voided if disassembled or third-party repaired

Shipping Damage:
- Photograph and refuse delivery if packaging damaged
- Report within 24h for priority replacement
System Errors:
- Report wrong/missing items within 72h
- Seller covers reshipping costs after verification
